MIKS Globalism Business Cooperative is a supervising organization for foreign technical intern
trainees.
With permission on January 4th of the year of Reiwa, we will accept excellent technical intern
trainees and work on the economic development of developing countries and the sound
development of Japanese society and industry.
We will play a role as a bridge so that we can earn the trust of union members, technical intern
trainees, and specific technicians.

①お打ち合わせ:貴社のニーズ(職種、作業内容、期間、語学力レベルなど)、環境等を確認させていただき、ベストな提案をさせていただきます。
➀Meeting: We will confirm your company’s needs (job type, work content, duration, language
ability level, etc.), environment, etc., and make the best proposal.
②人 選:登録、日本語学校、各コミュニティと連動して厳選に候補者を人選します。
② Selection of candidates: Candidates are carefully selected in conjunction with registration,
Japanese language schools, and each community.
③職場見学:候補者と担当者がお伺いし、職場見学をさせていただきます。就業後ミスマッチが発生しないように、双方で細かい確認作業を行います
③ Workplace visit: The candidate and the person in charge will visit the workplace and observe
the workplace. We will conduct detailed checks with both parties to ensure that there are no
mismatches after the candidate starts working.
④就業前教育:弊社独自の事前教育(マナー教育、安全衛生教育など)と貴社の基本的なルール等を就業前に教育いたします。
④ Pre-employment training: We provide our own pre-employment training (manner training,
health and safety training, etc.) and basic rules and regulations of your company before
employment.
⑤就業開始:勤務開始日は各担当が同行して万全のサポートを行います。必要であれば職場・作業研修にも同席し、双方の不安や問題点をクリアするお手伝いをさせていただきます。
⑤ Start of work: On the first day of work, our staff members will accompany you and provide full
support. If necessary, we will also attend workplace and work training sessions to help clear up
any concerns or problems that may arise for both parties.
そもそも、外国人技能実習制度とは?
To begin with, what is the Foreign Technical Internship System?
外国人技能実習生とは外国人技能実習制度(研修制度)を利用している労働者の名称です。
この制度は、主に新興国の若者が労働を通して日本の高い技術を習得しその国の発展を担う人材を育成することを目的として創設された制度です。
この制度は2010年まで「外国人研修生制度」という名称で運用されてきましたが、目的外のと労働の強要や賃金の未払いなど、残念ながら本来の目的と異なる運用を行うなどの問題も起きていました。
この問題に対し制度の再検討を行い、「外国人技能実習制度」となりました。
その後も状況に応じ改正が行われ、2017年11月より「技能実習法」が施行となり、新たに外国人技能実習制度の運用が開始されました。
Foreign technical intern trainees are the name given to workers who use the foreign technical internship system (training system).
This system was established with the aim of training young people, mainly from emerging countries, to acquire advanced Japanese skills through work and to develop human resources who can play a leading role in the development of their countries.
Unfortunately, there have been some problems with the system, such as forcing trainees to work outside of their intended purpose and nonpayment of wages, which are not in line with the original purpose of the program.
In response to these problems, the system was reconsidered, and the “Technical Internship Program for Foreigners” was established.
Amendments were made according to the situation, and in November 2017, the Technical Internship Law came into effect and the new Foreigner Technical Internship System began to be put into operation.
